When you attend our drop-in session, please be aware that we will carry out an initial triage. We will endeavour to place you with an adviser, and we will do our best to deal with your enquiry at this first point of contact.
If we are unable to place you with an adviser, we will provide you with some information including alternative ways to contact us for information and advice. Further, if your enquiry is complex, we may need to book a follow up appointment (subject to availability). Thank you for your patience and understanding
