We will endeavour to place you with an adviser, but this is not always possible. If we are unable to offer you a face-to-face interview we will provide you with some information including alternative ways to contact us for information and advice. Thank you for your patience and understanding

To access advice in person, please select the local authority area where you live or work. Please note that you can only visit our offices based in the local authority where you live or work.
IMPORTANT CITIZENS ADVICE BASILDON BOROUGH SERVICE UPDATE:
Due to funding changes, there will be changes to our services and opening hours effective from 01 April 2025.
New Drop-In Opening Hours for our Basildon office in the Basildon Centre:
Monday, Wednesday and Thursday: 9:30 AM – 1:00 PM
Please note that we will not be open for drop in on Tuesdays in the Basildon Centre.
We will be closing our outreach at Billericay Library and Wick Community Centre.
In addition, due to these funding changes our Core face to face service in the Basildon Centre will only be able to advise on the following areas:
Housing
Debt
Legal including family and relationship matters
Immigration
